I’m Tami Quintana, the founder of Cloud9 Empowerment Solutions, and I created this practice as a safe, structured environment for individuals and families navigating life’s toughest challenges. With a trauma‑informed perspective and deep respect for each person’s story, I offer counseling, supervised visitation, safe exchanges, and court‑mandated alcohol and drug education.
My mission is to deliver clarity, compassion, and steady support to empower every client and family to move toward healing, stability, and self‑defined success.
